There has been a bit of a time lag, but I have recently posted an article in my “note” on GFI*, introduced by an article posted on LinkedIn, regarding the notation matter(Japanese text only).

The Good Food Institute, or GFI for short, is an international network of non-profit think tanks and organizations concerned with alternative proteins.

As I wrote in “note”, the news reminded me personally of the importance of reporting scientific findings in an easy-to-understand manner for the general public, while at the same time being accurate and neutral.
